What this IS is a great, 8 session volunteer study group held by one of Southern Maryland’s top real estate brokerages and mentored by experts in the real estate industry. We believe strongly in the power and flexibility offered by online pre-licensing courses, but also understand that there can be barriers for many people: fears of technology, access to computers, and a concern that outside of a standard structured classroom the materials may prove impossible to learn.
This is why we came up with our Real Estate Pre-season study group. Get warmed up, stretch your mind, meet with your soon-to-be peers in real estate and study your course material, review and ASK QUESTIONS from experts in the industry who are willing to help you learn — at no cost.
